SHIPPING POLICY:

Our team asks for 1-2 business days to process orders. Once your order has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited orders placed after 1:30pm PST, will be fulfilled the following business day.

RETURN POLICY:

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. All return outcomes are subject to review by our Quality Assurance team. All shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer expense. 

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner intact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons.

Please take note of this before ordering. Items marked as "final sale" are final sale purchases and no exchanges or store credit can be made.
